Subscription Terms • Free tier has limited features • Premium subscription unlocks full features • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled • Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies
User Content • You retain rights to recipes you create • You grant us license to store and display your content • Do not share content that infringes copyrights • We may remove inappropriate content
Acceptable Use You agree not to: violate any laws, infringe intellectual property, abuse or harass others, attempt to hack or disrupt the service, or create multiple accounts for abuse.
Intellectual Property The app, design, and features are our intellectual property. Recipe content you create belongs to you.
Disclaimers • Service provided “as is” • We don’t guarantee nutritional accuracy • Always verify food safety information • Not a substitute for professional dietary advice
Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability limited to subscription fees paid.
Termination We may terminate accounts for Terms violations. You may delete your account at any time.
Changes to Terms We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
